Beyerdynamic DT 770 PRO vs Beyerdynamic DT 1770 PRO Side

The Beyerdynamic DT 1770 PRO are better-built headphones than the Beyerdynamic DT 770 model thanks to their detachable cable, but overall, for the price difference, the DT 770 offer better value, Both sound signatures of these headphones are very similar, and their design is basically the same, You do get a big hard case and an extra straight detachable cable with the DT 1770, but that’s

[CO] Beyerdynamic DT770 vs DT1770/Other Options

The DT 770 250Ohm i can get for $160 compared to the DT 1770’s being $430 currently, Is the DT 770 32Ohm to DT 770 250Ohm even a significant upgrade? Or would my money be better spent just going with the DT 1770’s, For context i’m not an audio engineer or anything of the sort, i’m using this to mostly listen to music with some gaming as well, Thank you! 8 comments, share, save, hide

DT770/880/990 Comparison: https://youtu,be/pKoKS2oR5jEDT770 80 ohm Review: https://youtu,be/lhwQTjBtj2wDisclaimer: this product was provided by beyerdynamic

Received DT 1770, Here is my impressions and comparison to

DT 770 feels overall big and mushy, 1770 feels small and stiff, Isolation better than 770, Now the sound: Bass is really exaggerated, Boosted way too much and it’s not even good, Quantity there, quality is missing, There is always bass no matter what you listen, I can understand not every headphone have to be neutral, Some headphones needs to be bassy right ? but these are failing at this job

Review: Beyerdynamic DT1770PRO

Beyerdynamic puts it this way: “Compared to the more basic DT770, the DT 1770 PRO features a more modern and classy design with discrete elegance, All components are replaceable and ensure a long lifetime of the headphone for which Beyerdynamic is known for,” The Classic DT770PRO is still available and the market price is somewhere around $139/€125 which is why we love it so much: …

Beyerdynamic DT 1990 PRO vs Beyerdynamic DT 1770 PRO Side

Both Beyerdynamic models are great critical listening headphones, but are better used in different environments, If you’re looking for a bit more punch and bass, the closed-back design of the Beyerdynamic DT 1770 PRO might be better suited for you, If you’re looking for headphones to listen to your favorite music at home, in a quiet environment, then the open-back Beyerdynamic DT 1990 PRO

How are these different from DT1770’s?

These have much less pronounced Beyer Highs, especially if you listen to heavy music, these are better, more pleasant sound The impedance on 177x is lower, 32 vs 250 ohms on 1770, so they are much easier to drive and wont require a amp, but I would still recommend having one with a dac, to make them sound better These have less accessories than 1770, these only come with 1 cable, 2 pads, while

What Is The Pitch?

REVIEW: Beyerdynamic DT 770 vs, DT 990 headphones

This means that DT 990 is better for mixing and mastering, while DT 770 is better for recording, This is because the close-back of the DT 770 reduces the spill of the headphone into the microphone, The DT 990 is less tiring while using for long periods, It has an open back and you can listen for hours, for listening or for mixing and mastering,
