My mistake, I went back and checked, You nee to get the key for the Maintenance room on the 2nd floor, above the IT security room, That room has glass floors you can shoot through, and drop into IT security, You can then use the manual override buttons to unlock the door and get out The supply closet – not the room itself, There’s a door on the
